Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon

I went to Yuppy Puppy because a friend had gone 2 times before and she did a good job. She told me she would give me a teddy bear cut. She asked if I wanted his paws shaved. I said "NO I DID NOT WANT HIM SHAVED AT ALL". Well I went back 3 hours later and Timmy was shaved to the skin so much to the skin. That now he is pink will freckles. I was SHOCKED . It is Jan you do not shave a dog in winter to no hair at all. I was so upset and wanted to get Timmy out of there I paid her the $55. This women is no more a groomer then the 5 year old down the street.If you love your dog. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG PUPPY YUPPY! I brought my dog there twice. My wife and I were dissatisfied each time. We decided to give this business one last try. We were not able to leave our dog that day, a Sunday, but were going to leave our pet on Tuesday. Lee advised us that the "special" was for that Sunday only and asked us to write a post-dated check for Tuesday. Like fools we did. Lee then cashed the post-dated check for Tuesday on Monday! She claimed she was robbed that morning and took all checks and money to the bank, including our post-dated check. She claims it was a mistake, but a good business person would have the post-dated checks in a different area. I checked the image in my bank and saw she had endorsed the check. This was no mistake! I called her to inquire and ask for my money back. She insisted that services had been rendered! I know for a fact services had not been rendered because my dog still needs to be groomed! Do not bring your pet to these people.

Do not take your pet to this salon!!! Lee the owner beats the dogs in the head with clippers. I saw this with my own eyes. I was a groomer in this place for about a month. I couldn't believe that someone would give her a grooming liscence after the things i witnessed. If you love your pet don't take them there!!!!
