Had contract to repair leak in roof that was allowing water to seep into house, under wood floor. Estimator told me three weeks to get job done but to call him in a few days to see if job could be expedited. I called the following week but the phone number was disconnected. Called the company number and talked to one of their reps. Rep told me that they would be out on Thursday . Thursday came and went and they never showed up and never called. Friday morning they called and they told me that they "ran out of time". They now wouldn't be able to do the job until next Thursday. Meanwhile I have water leaking into the house, damaging my wood floor, and causing a mold/mildew health problem. They are going to refund my deposit. My name is Eric Scotti. I was born and raised in Texas and I consider myself to be a hardworking, honest, dependable man who revolves his life around his family. And, although I am a typical ‘blue collar’ man and have had to work hard for everything I have, I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.
