Dirty tools/equipment, unsanitary conditions
I took my adult daughter from out of town for a manicure and pedicure, and she developed a rash a few days later. She was diagnosed with bacterial folliculitis. Her doctor said it was passed on to her from a previous customer, due to unclean environment in salon.
