Yellow Cab Co

PICK ANOTHER CAB COMPANY ...if you want a cab to pick you up. We made reservatoins via the web several days ago. Called last night to confirm and even moved the time up by 15 mins due to the snow. We here we sit...45 mins AFTER they were supposed to pick my son up for work and the dispatcher admits that no one has even picked up the ticket yet. These people should be shut down and like the previous review..the website doesnt want any comments over 35 characters long, then it wont send it and errors. I will NEVER call this cab company again.
I only give one star because there is no lower score...

I attempted to submit this letter to yellow cab via their comments section this morning. When i attempted to submit, i was advised that there was a 35 character limit... This just capped off yet another poor experience with this sub-par taxi company.

"I used your iphone app this morning to schedule a 6:15am pick-up. This was scheduled over 1 hr prior. i received a call from a cabbie in aurora (over 10 miles away) at 6:10am saying he picked up the call. i asked him how long it would take to get to me and he said that it would be approximately 20 minutes. I told him that that would not work as i needed to be to the train station at 6:30am (hence the 6:15am reservation). I then called the dispatcher and requested an expedited pick-up. At 6:25am no cab had arrived so I called and cancelled as I had no hope of making my appointment. Given this mornings fiasco and numerous past poor experiences, I shall no longer utilize yellow cab in Denver. I will be adding these comments to any and all review sites and blogs that i can find on the subject. Please feel free to contact me if you would like any additional details.

I have lived across the country and never seen worse cab service than Yellow Cab of Denver. Every time I have called Yellow Cab they have not shown up. I have had to call them many times each time I need a ride. When I call Yellow Cab on the phone they can NEVER get the address I give them correct. I can only talk so slowly. I give them the address ten times and they still get the address wrong! Amazing! They are outrageously rude on the phone. They do not care about customers and they refuse to even learn ho to spell my name or get my cell number correct even when slowly repeated to them a dozen times. Amazing! They do not care for their customers at all! Do not ride with Yellow Cab!
