Windermere Commercial Real Estate - KC Coonc

KC recently helped me purchase a commercial condo in Bellingham. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market helped me negotiate a great deal on the purchase. Since I buy this condo as an investment, KC now has my condo for lease. I would definitely recommend working with KC if you are looking to do any commercial real estate business in Bellingham.

Also, I think KC is the only local commercial broker that has the entire commercial inventory on his website. Most of the local commercial brokers just advertise their own listings, but KC has everything on his site. It was pretty helpful when I was looking to buy my condo.
