Westfield Group Ins

this is absolutely the WORST insurance company i have ever had to deal with.Their insured didnt strap furniture down while moving and his furniture flew out of his truck and striking my vehicle. The claims agents were nice but the aduster is the biggest jackass i have ever dealt with. Nothing has been convenient for me.... their insured was the idiot in this case. It has been a nightmare with the adjuster and getting him to return my calls. I only carry liability on my vehicle and know that i will need full coverage insurance to rent a car. The give $25.00 per day... and do not cover insurance. The supervisor had the nerve to tell me... well, we are fixing your vehicle and you are going to be better than you are!!!!!!!!!! excuse me??? better than i am.... I DID NOT CAUSE THIS DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE......... i have a major problem being out of pocket any expenses for these damages caused by their insured.... I will post this on every single website imaginable. They want to send me the check and I want them to pay the body shop. They are wanting to send me a check and I want them to pay the body shop. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
