Do NOT rent from them. They are not willing to help the tenant, they are lazy, and do not have the staff to take care of problems. If there is a problem you must stay on them repeatedly to get it finished. Several times I have been told "Can't you just do it yourself". They have been uncooperative, and been told they don't want to put the money forth. I do not think they have the building owners best interest in the business as they do not take request seriously or to the owner at all sometimes. One thing I asked WC Rentals for they told me they don't thing the owner would want to put the money forth but they would ask. When the owner checked on the place I asked for it and had no problems getting it. I have had the worse time trying to get essential fixed such as the locks on the front door, the toilet not flushing, and ants. They are rude and unprofessional when I do push for things to be fixed and most of the time blame it on the building owner. Save yourself the trouble!!!!
