Security Deposit fraud
If you don't want your security deposit back, this is the place for you. I lived in a unit for two years, and when I moved out, I cleaned the place top to bottom. Mr. Pandorf turned around and charged me $150.00 for the cleaning that I performed! Then he charged me $45 to plug in some smoke detectors. Then Mr. Pandorf charged me for things that he has no proof that I did. Stop taking advantage of women!
