Disappointed
Had a shower enclosure installed in a guest bathroom. The first time it was used happened to be after the warranty period...and it leaks, due to a design mistake, the bottom rail installed backwards.
I fully understand the need for a warranty period, but this is not a repair due to wear. Even an auto manufacturer will recall and repair an item when a design flaw is discovered.
I'm very disappointed.
