WaterFall View Events

I had my wedding here and it was horrible. When we showed up the place was trashed so we had to clean it before we could do anything. The only employee there was Roseline the coordinator so we had to do all of the set ups and tear downs for the ceremony and dinner. Roseline told me it could seat 130 for dinner and that she had 16 round tables. She had 6 tables and the place could only fit about 100 people seated. Plus most of the lights were burnt out, the room decorations had holes and were broken, they didn't cover up the murals on the wall like I asked, we had to move the dance floor and so much more. Then since my family and friends were doing all of the cleaning and set up we did not have enough time to get all of the pictures that I wanted. And Roseline never apologized, she just blamed us. Then afterwards when I called the owner Eli he told me he would refund me $600 but he didn't and now he won't return any of my phone calls. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!! It was a nightmare.
