I am a Naturopathic student at National College of Natural Medicine, and was referred to Dr. Jill Ghormley by a friend at school who is dealing with a similar chronic health condition. Not many doctors know about scoliosis so I was thankful for my friend's recommendation to the clinic (though out of network). She seemed knowledgeable in assessing my scoliosis, came to the gym with me to show me exercises, and gave me some exercises over the next few visits. I never received an email, like she said she would put together, for the exercises. I took my best guess, went to the gym every other day like she said, and emailed her my routine. She followed up after I called her assistant, in which she said "I never got the email", though it was in my 'sent' mail.

I received a bill in the mail for over $400 for 3 visits, plus the $150 she got from my insurance and the $115 she got from my cumulative copay. I was never told about a student rate, nor was it indicated on her forms. It is my right
