Vick's Cleaners

Mobile hwy location-Old stinking locations!! You step in there... It smells! Very bad attitude, very bad talking back'I will never go back there! The people working there, actually, one person... She does from office, delivery, pick up... Everything!!! It's not working, they get frustrated and treat customers bad!!!

Last Saturday I dropped off two items for cleaning at the Nine Mile Road location with a promised return time of after 5 PM today (Monday).

I showed up just a couple minutes ago and was told, "Sorry, you're clothes didn't make it in today." When I asked why not, I was told by the cashier with a seemingly arrogant attitude - as if I was in the wrong to expect that they should have something done by the time they said they would , "they must have started and not got to yours."

This is the last time I takes my clothes there for cleaning. People that cannot accomplish even the most basic tasks do not deserve my money or yours.
