Never Again
I took my mower in for repair and was told that it would only take a week. After two weeks, I called and was told that it was next in line. I continued calling them because the business never contacted me. I finally received the mower a month later. The mower did work once, then never started a second time. I was told that there was not warranty. So, I took it somewhere else and will continue to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service #3?
The two stars are for the prices as it seems reasonable but as we just got off the phone 9:47am Monday 4/12/10 - and the attitude was palpable and not very service inspired we will not be patronizing this establishment. Their loss.
