After years of my weight fluctuating up and down and inconsistent exercise, Bill Mitchell and The Bodyworx have changed me and my attitude towards health and fitness for life. I have been training with Bill consistently for over a year. During that time, Bill has helped to reshape my body, my eating habits and my overall well being. I've lost weight and inches, kept it off and continue to lose. I look better, but more importantly, I have never felt better. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and his training is motivating, challenging and constantly changing. I never get bored and actually look forward to my sessions. Training at the Bodyworx is the only way to go!

My Review of the BODYWORX is AWESOME! The trainers are always highly motivated always have a great postive adittude and really help you push yourself because they want to see reach your goal and SUCCESSED! I would highly recommend training here!!!!

I started following The Bodyworx nutrtion plan and training twice a week with Brad in March of 2009. I went from 203 lbs to 163 lbs and now back up to 173 with muscle buildup. Brad has trained me the entire time and has increased my strength tremendously by really working me hard in a fun relaxed atmosphere. At 43 I am now in the best shape of my life!! Not only do I look and feel better but my confidence in myself has grown.
