The reason the scheduling person at your doctor's office asked the question "what are we seeing you for?" is not to be nosy, but to ensure the doctor has adequate time to meet your medical needs. So if you withhold information and the receptionist does not give enought time for your appointment, all of your problems and concerns may not be addressed and your health may suffer. So its your own fault if your mediical care is jeopardized, because you decided to be stubborn while scheduling your appointment. So if you want the doctors office to be respectful all of your wants and needs, maybe you should respect the dotors schedule and time!

I feel that the receptionists are too nosy. I shouldn't have to tell them whats wrong with me. Its none of their business cuz when the doctor and nurse both always ask why are you here so apparently the receptionists dont jot it down anywhere
