Robert's Tire & Auto Service Center

These guys are honest, efficient and very fairly priced. I have been using them for over ten years, moved out of the Homer Glen area two years ago and I still go back for service and tires. I highly recommend them

I've been to this shop several times out of convenience of location and on every occasion I’ve had bad service. The first time I brought my car there; I knew the specific things that needed to be repaired and requested those repairs. When I received my car, it seemed to be that they had only tried to cover up the problem. I ended up bringing it to a different shop paying to actually fix those repairs.
On another occasion they told me it would be one price and when I came to pick my car up they told me it would be more than what I was originally told. Further, they charged me more on labor per hour than the amount of time than they actually had my car for. When I asked about the price, they could not explain the difference and refused to charge me the original price they had quoted. Customer service was rude and unprofessional when it came to me questioning their work.
I will never recommend or return to this shop again.
