After 1 year and $23,000, all of the concrete installation (consisting of driveway, patio, handicap accessible ramp and sidewalks) looks like a massive jigsaw of railroads tracks. An additional outlay of $2,000 for the replacement of a cedar privacy fence bought what is now a horribly sagging fence and gates, all making my home/property look like Clown- Land. And just as worse, Victor failed to follow the design he was given by laying concrete against the outer garage wall exterior, causing rain to seep into the entire outer wall with every rainfall. Having failed to install a drain directly below a downspout, when pushed to rectify the problem, he disengaged the downspout straps from the wall, and twisted the downspout so that it's at a ridiculous angle, with the top elbow in direct contact with a wall lantern, and two other elbows at the bottom to reach the stupid looking drain that he installed in some of the misplaced concrete. I will not expound further on the rest of the project where he disappointingly failed to produce. Just know that he should not be let loose unless you can take time off from work to manage him, or have a reliably knowledgeable person to monitor his "work???" closely.
