Stay away!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We used Preferred Properties for a landscaping job at our residential property. HORRIBLE customer service. Once they get your money, they don t EVER respond! Even then, you have to wait to get on their calendar before they come out and do the work! The people that are installing don t seem to have ANY real experience, just laborers sticking plants in the ground with no one there to supervise. Half of the plants they planted died. One large tree completely dried out, and after multiple calls and emails, they never even came to look at it. It was dried up sticks. We had to cut it down and then we saw that the wires were still on the root ball! Another large tree is leaning and not doing well, and they never responded or came to fix it. I will never have them on my property again, and I will NEVER EVER recommend them. Absolutely the worst decision we made when we did business with them!!! BEWARE!
