Planet Beach

I love Planet Beach! I know that is so un-original. But honestly, I do!\t\n\t\nI have been to my fair share of tanning salons and what-have-you's in my life time, heck, I even grew up having a tanning bed in my house and I even worked at a salon when I was in HS. I have never found a place I have enjoyed as much as Planet Beach!\t\n\t\nThe staff at all the Houston locations has succeeded my expectations. They are always there to help me out when I have sometimes the silliest of questions. They continue to educate me on all of their products and services, which I have found to be the most helpful. I love how they are so sweet to walk you thru a service, whether it be my 2nd time or my 20th! They go above and beyond-from the owners to the staff. I recently brought my mom who was in town to the spa with me and she was impressed at how well the staff knew almost every since person that walked thru the door. That is something I never could do back in the day and thats something I haven't been able to find just anywhere! They were even so kind to give her a complimentary session!!!!!!!!! Of which I picked the Hydration Station thingy and she LOVED IT!!!!!!\t\n\t\nI love their services, granted they are very busy-I guess everyone loves them as much as I do. They spa services are nice-because im in and out in like an hour or an hour and a half and I feel super relaxed and refreshed and ready to tackle on rush hour traffic or the rest of my day! The staff is good at making some awesome recommendations on their products that have helped me to achieve my goals, and they really do every thing they can to make sure along the way that I am taken care of! \t\n\t\nSo for all the negative nancy's out there or the skeptical ones-This really is an awesome place to join or stop by when you have the time. I promise you won't be disappointed! Its a great retreat and something affordable you can do for yourself or better yet, for someone else!!!!!

I feel very uncomfortable every time I walk in to this place. They are very aggressive with sales.\t\n I prefer spas where I can use the services on a first come first serve basis. There were times I walked in there and nobody was using the service I wanted but they told me it was booked. I will shop around for other spas, thankfully there are plenty of them in the neighborhood.

Very attentive staff very friendly never rude. Awesome Mystic and GREAT spa services!!! I have never seen such cool stuff. I can go in and get pampered with no down town!! Everything is so easy at the touch of a button! I love Planet Beach and would never dream of going anywhere else for my tanning or spa needs!
