Has Anyone Found ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS on PAMA MANAGEMENT?
PAMA MANAGEMENT seems to have a negative reputation.
I witnessed a Mobile Homeowner (for over 10 years, no less) try to pay his rent, and IT WAS REFUSED and he was told he had to FURNISH PROOF OF TITLE to his Mobile Home!
HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT?
Suddenly PAMA MANAGEMENT, who manages the Trailer Park (Mount Vista Mobile Home Park) in Yucaipa, California, told him that he needed to furnish Proof of Title, even though they had been managing that particular park for a couple of years beforehand, and HAD ALWAYS ACCEPTED HIS RENT PAYMENTS without objection...
Stranger still, is that he learned that there were 25 other Mobile Homes in the same park also suffering from problems with their Title, yet PAMA accepted THEIR RENT PAYMENTS during the last 5 day period.
Could it be that they have some ulterior motive?
Based on the Google search on PAMA MANAGEMENT, it doesn't seem that PAMA's motivations are EVER good...
