Unethical AND Harrassing!
I took in three garments for slight alterations and met with a man who took my measurements. My mistake was believing that he was honest, ethical or honorable in any way. There were no rates posted and I (wrongly!) assumed he would charge me the going rate. When I picked up my garments, he informed me that I owed him nearly $300! He did give me my clothing and the bill since he does not accept credit cards.. The next week, I sent him a check for nearly $200 which is well higher than the going rate and a fair price for the work he did. He has since sent me AND MY EMPLOYER harrassing letters. There are many great tailors in the area who earn customer loyalty. Not this one!

Took my leather jacket in there Monday to get restitched around the pockets and internal pocket. Was quoted $35 which was good considering work was going to involve undoing the lining etc.\t\n\t\nThe friendly guy there and told should be available Thursday but I got a call Tuesday saying it was ready. Work is great, can't tell the repair from the original stitching. Favourite jacket it back!

Nordstrom sent me to this tailor. And I loved it! Nordstrom knows what it's talking about. I had all kinds of specialty designer clothing (even fur!) done by this man. And they all turned out really good! Finally my stuff fit me like a glove. I don't really care how much it costs as long as the workmanship is good. I tried other cheaper places and their work were waaaay below average. Well worth the price. Although I don't think the price is too different from other tailoring shops in Bellevue.
