"The customer is always dumb" seems to be the mission statement of this business. Without listening to customer input, this shop takes a one-size-fits-all approach to repairs (perhaps to churn out low-level work as quickly as possible). Condescending and unprofessional, the service I received was inattentive and of shoddy quality, ignoring concerns I had about specific issues. When asked to do something remotely creative the answer has consistently been "It's impossible." or "It can't be done." for repairs that other shops routinely handle. ...read more
