I have several pieces of Tiffany jewelry along with a pair of Sunglasses. I think the prices are high, but it's a good quality product so it's justified ( at least in my mind) :)\t\n\t\nI've never encountered any problems with the sales people. Although I didn't receive serious attention one time when I ran in for a quick gift in jeans and a t-shirt. Be careful, people wearing jeans have money to spend too......\t\n\t\nMy main frustration with the Domain Tiffany & Co, is the last 4 times I've gone in there for a specific item, they don't have it. The last time was yesterday. ( They blamed the holiday). Really??? Well stock up! \t\n\t\nI was also in there in Aug. and they were out of the item I wanted.....no holiday then.......\t\n\t\nI wish they would stock the store and have product available.

I'm certainly not a Tiffany expert but I have gone to several different stores in other cities and I always have had a positive experience. Every time I visit this store, I'm amazed at how friendly and helpful all the workers are there. They even offered to bring my girlfriend her bracelet I had engraved to us because I arrived after the store was closed - now that is above and beyond!! I've read a couple of these other reviews and I don't think they seem objective - it's almost like they have something personal against workers there. I hope all the readers take the time to experience this store - I'm sure they wouldn't be disappointed with a greeting at the door and happy workers....

I have been an avvd Tiffany's consumer for over 8 years now and can't help but go back. During my first visit to the Austin location I was greeted in a graceful atmosphere by a very professional staff that did not bombard me as soon as I walked through the door (like most of the other stores I have recently visited). Seeking only a pendant necklace, my intentions suddenly changed after once again viewing the extraordinary craftsmanship put into each piece of jewelry. I have not find this quality anywhere else, which is why I continue to return again and again.
