DO NOT USE - HORRIBLE Experience

Horrible, never use them. It has been over 4 months and my roof is still not installed. They do not understand customer service. They absolutely do not understand how to set its client's expectations. You can not trust a single word that comes from them. They will lie to cover their mistakes. It should not take 3 months to get a simple re-roof permit. Then at the whim of the owner he will pull the crew from your re-roof to go to another higher paying job. I have ceiling damage because the roof was not properly sealed after the tear off. It is one unnecessary delay after another. And OnShore is the only reason for the delays. The owner finally came out to my property stating he was taking over the project - he even gave me his cell phone number - promised this job would be finished in 3 days. Yet another lie. I heard 2 different excuses from different employees of the delay. And anyone that is even slightly familiar with the permit/inspection process knows that they are fullofit.

It should not take 3 months to get a simple re-roof permit. Then at the whim of the owner he will pull the crew from your re-roof to go to another higher paying job. Because of their negligence and the extreme delay I now have ceiling damage. If I don't follow up with them then nothing would get done. It is a never-ending story. Management is horrible and you will get a different excuse from each person you talk to. I even received the owner's cell phone number but I don't know the purpose because he won't answer and he won't return messages. You have been warned, use any other company.
