Omni Management Svc

I'm still trying to figure out what they do. The landscaping contract was chosen by the HOA officers. They charge an exorbitant amount of money, but I'm not sure what exactly they do to justify the expense. We don't have any playgrounds, swimming pools or public buildings. There are only a few retention ponds that need occasional maintenance and a street front grassy area that needs mowing. They send out letters occasionally informing individuals of their violations, but that doesn't warrant the amount of money they charge. The letter or two that I have received have been illiterate offerings that did little to clarify the exact nature of the offense and what was necessary to bring the property into compliance.

This company is so disorganized. They send letters repeatedly on issues that have already been resolved and discussed with other staff members at the company. They are unfair - they only go after certain members in a neighborhood that are not obeying covenants and let other neighbors slide by. They take forever to reply to you (you have to usually email or send a request through the site at least several times to get them to respond). They sign agreements with certain companies and force the entire neighborhood to use them. I'd not recommend working with this company. \t\n\t\nAlso - they don't accept Visa for monthly dues.

Not only does this company do a terrible job at follow through when a problem arises, they are also very disrespectful and I believe they have some kind of illegal agreement with A-Mass towing. Even though it is NOT in our covenant, we have to comply with a new rule to put a sticker on our car with A-Mass's name on it. Very weird. I pay my dues on time, I follow the rules of the neighborhood, I'm quiet, I'm a good neighbor. They need to do a much better job at responding to people's questions.
