I have been with this my primary care from 8 years and when it comes to urgent they are worse than worse. They don't treat patient as customer. I never rcommend this to my friends.
They are so reckless people..

My last visit to this clinic was in 2004 and then I lost my insurance. When I got my insurance again in April 2008, I called the clinic and asked if they can do my blodwork (have to misspell this word because of computer screening) before doctor's visit. Receptionist scheduled me for that , but when I arrived to the clinic again for test, she said doctor want to see me first and then schedul tests. I mentioned that I would appreciate if they call and notify me about changes. Right there we scheduled my doctors visit and she made copy of my insurance card. When I arrived for my doctors visit, I was told that my appointment has been cancelled because I gave them my dental card and they could not verify my coverage. I asked why no one called me.
What if I had no insurance and was paying cash? Is this how doctors treat their paitents?
Maybe because I speak with accent and have do not have American name

I have been to several doctors in the Vancouver area regarding a specific health problem and no one could help diagnose it. I saw what a good review Dr. Glass received and made an appointment. I was not disappointed. He gave me a complete examination and asked questions no other doctor thought of to ask. He was really knowledgeable and gave me a diagnosis after running some tests. I'm better now and feel better than I have ever felt in my life. If you need a doctor who cares about you and practices preventative medicine Dr. Glass is really good at his job.
