They did not install the fence I had ordered and which was designed on the written proposal and they DID NOT replace it. The gates were awful and I refused to pay until they were corrected. I was supposed to have 2 arched arbors installed and they could not install them, not did the owner refund for this error on his part.They promise a written 3 year warranty, with no limitations. 3 months after the installation, the vertical boards and posts are warping and bowing. They have refused to replace the vertical boards and stated the warranty is indeed a limited warranty. These are illegal business practices and violates consumer laws in the Illinois Attorney General's office. I have turned the matter over to my attorney and suggest you look for another fence company. This was a $4,200.00 fence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!

They gave me an install date of July 14. They then called me on the 13th to Confirm my installation for the 15th of July! Being upset for taking off work all day to be home on the 14th, she stated the date was changed on Monday the 11th. When I asked, why wasn't I informed of this?, she stated that the 14th was just a target date. she also stated that I did not have to be there for the install. Why wouldn't I want to be there when they are installing $2000 worth of fencing, do they think that I have that much trust in their work? when I wanted to cancel the job, and take my business to another company, she refused to refund my $500 deposit. BEWARE, NORTHWEST CEDAR PRODUCTS HAS SHIFTY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
