New Mindful Life is a San Diego based therapy practice offering individual, couples and family therapy for all ages. We specialize in mindfulness therapy and offer a series of mindfulness meditation courses. Mindfulness is focused awareness of the present moment without judgment. Some of the mindfulness programs offered at New Mindful Life include: An Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Eating and Mindful Parenting.
