Mtn Retreat Secured Transport

I worked for this company for 3 months and on the final day of my evaluation period I was terminated. I had complained several times about being forced to drive over 24 hours straight and once drove 44 hours without sleep. We where trained in what to do when someone falls asleep behind the wheel because it happened that often. When I complained I was told that we couldn't refuse any business because if we did our competition would get it and it would make people think we weren't always available. We wanted every call even if we had to stretch someone's physical capabilities to do it. This is a industry that can't be trusted to the private nonunion sector. This is what happens. On the last day of my probationary period the manager took me on a ride with him and turned the heat up on max as he said "to make the patient sleep", but left the heat on for the return trip. Because it was so hot I dozed off a couple times sitting in the passenger seat. He took pictures and fired me.

Some of the staff are very nice...but the other staff are abusive to the clients and are overly aggressive. They have been banned from hospitals for not only unprofessional conduct but unsafe conduct...
