My chimney problems were quickly assessed and I was not pushed into unnecessary work; they (three-man crew) fixed the immediate problem and made a recommendation on prevention. They had all necessary parts and equipment on their truck, and showed me the new chimney cap before installation. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The company re-lined my mom's chimney about 12 years ago so this is the second time my family has turned to the company with good results.
