I don't really know where to begin as this was a special moment in our lives (1st communion) and the embarrassment and all the complaints I received during and after the party is very emotional for me. I have four children and have hosted plenty of big events .. this was by far the worst. I can go on and on about every detail but no longer have the energy .. After 3 months of no response to my letter I left a message with the catering manager. The msg in return was that they weren't expecting that many children .. really? solar do minho has horrible service.my food came late,my meat was raw and they only had about 15 dishes.we had reservations for 8 but only got served at about 9.once we ordered at 930 the food arived at 11.my grandmother was served a totally diffrent plate than what she ordered.the attendent barely worried about us he didnt even care to ask if we were injoying our meal .when we ordered our drinks i saw them sitting on the bar our ice had already melted and when my brother ordered a cappuchino it came 15 minutes after and was no longer hot .basicly there service was horrible and completely diffrent than the one in bellville i recommend going there. do not waste your time and money here at solar do minho in roselle. ...read more

Honestly, what matters is that everyone had a fabulous time. I rushed in feeling flustered and yet, was immediately put at ease by Laura and Jorge, Etc. Everyone was super helpful not only with the décor aspect, but also about my needs. Jorge couldn’t of made the night any easier, his composure is paramount.
