Want Unhappy Homeowners
Our development was a great place to live until a new President and MAMCO came onto the scene. Association dues went up and services went down. They are more interested in issuing frivolous violation notices then taking care of the property. Most of my neighbors are furious at the way they are being treated. A push is on to get rid of them and to find a company that is owner friendly. They're not.
