Review your contract carefully, get everything in writing. They will try to cheat you, they're very sneaky. and if you need something fixed, good luck to you, they have a million excuses to avoid spending money. and when you move out, it doesn't matter how well you clean and fix the place, they'll find something to charge you for. stay away from all of their properties, it's just not worth it. and my place was super dirty when i moved in, which says it all. they just don't care !!

I am currently leasing from them and they are VERY unsatifying. To get anything fixed you have to continue to call them everday or it will never get done. I was also charged 40 dollars to get my mailbox replaced because they gave me the LAST key to my mailbox. Why would you give someone your last key and then charge them for your mistake? If I would have known it was the last key I would have just gone and got a copy made. Lee properties is very unsatisfactory and most of the people that work there are rude.
