Laurel Park Apartments

Great location however horrible horrible customer service from apartment office

I've lived in Laurel Park for almost a year, and have had a very good experience. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely. There are lots of friendly people, and a great community of dog owners (they have doggy bag stations in many places, and most people pick up after their dogs). The walking trial is nice, and the work out room has a good variety of equipment and space. However, the pool does get crowded at times. Also, although the buildings themselves feel very new, the light fixtures and the linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom feel a little cheap. Despite these one or two negatives, I'm very glad of my choice to live here.

I lived at Laurel Park for a little over four years. The office staff was very friendly, and the maintenance staff always took care of my issues promptly. The only reason I moved was to buy my first house with my husband and children. It took me a little more than a year to find a house that I liked because I loved my apartment so much. It had lots of space and pretty good storage space, not to mention that it was close to any kind of shopping, restaraunts, and recreation in Flowood!
