Lakeshore martial arts offers a variety of classes for different people. Shotokan karate (traditional Japanese karate), Sei tou ryu kenjitsu (Japanese swordsmanship), kickboxing, yoga/tai chi/ Pilates. We also offer personal training for those interested in one one instruction.
