Reviews about Kirkpatrick Management Company
Can I give less than 1 star??
Horrible company! For starters they are the rudest home owner association I have ever dealt with! I have called with questions or complaints only to have their employees talk down to me and I have yet to have anyone let me finish a thought before interrupting me. This includes management you can hear it in their voice they don't care what you have to say. Secondly we have a regular problem with people letting their cats and dogs run free no leash or fence throughout the neighborhood with nothing being done. But if you leave you trash cans out overnight they make sure to send you a warning even though their own rules state you have 24 hours after pick up to bring them in. The fees we pay are way over inflated for the work they do. Thank goodness the house we bought is a starter home and we plan to move later in life because we will NEVER again move into a neighborhood that has the Kirkpatrick Management Company!!

I live in a condo community managed by this horrible outfit. I have had years of water issues in my unit and not once has Kirkpatrick stepped in to find out the reason water is coming into my unit from my neighbors. Always falls on me to pay and repair. They have not ever even asked to come and see the damage or investigate any part of the issue. Would never recommend them for anything.

I have to agree about how horrible this company is to deal with. Just try getting someone to answer a phone call, lots of luck. Fees are outrageous for the level of service!! Management is arrogant (just imagine a smirk and a "what are you going to do about it" attitude). The board members of their communities are little lackeys who run around with an overdeveloped sense of power. Will work to get them ousted when the contract is up.
