Southwest Veterinary Clinic

Dr Trace and his staff have been nothing but great ever since we moved here from San Diego. He has been great with Troy, Sophie and Witten. Our Cat and 2 dogs mean the world to us and we are very thankful for him and his caring staff. Money has never been an issue for them. We have never been treated poorly. My husband is a marine and we are not rich, they have great prices and their staff treat me and the kids great as well.

As a coordinator for Heatland Weim Rescue and an owner of 2 dogs, 2 cats and hamsters I can say first hand Southwest has been great to us and our animals. They are very compassionate and understanding of any circumstances. They have always been there when I needed them even on their days off. I work mostly with Dr Sarah and Dr Trace but the whole staff is incredible! I would never recommend anyone different. When it comes to our animals we are very selective of who takes care of them and we will pay what we ned to to make sure they are well taken care of!

Dr. Trace Kirkpatrick was a complete jackass to me (receptionist too) and completely failed to treat my dog properly that was very ill. I made the mistake of telling him the truth upfront; that I had no cash on me, NOT that I couldn't pay that day, WHICH I DID JUST AS I SAID I COULD and WOULD later the very same day on which said services were rendered! Honesty was NOT the best policy here at SW VET CLINIC folks! He said he appreciated my honesty but still talked to me like a punk kid and SCREWED ME anyway! Their greed took over their care level of my dog without a doubt! Even after I ASSURED him and the receptionist that I would be RIGHT BACK with money to pay up. As soon as a I got home to get my cash, I called to check on Ranger and they were all out to lunch, answering service! I hope they enjoyed their lunch while my dog died with no IV administered while he shriveled away and died. Ranger never got the IV Dr. Trace said he desperately needed after being in their care for 3 hours!
