Worst Place Ever
I lived at Kingswick for 4 years and I if I could have moved sooner I would have. The rent jumped big time every year, the electric bill averaged $400 a month because of the old wiring, the owners and JOAN the complex manager are rude jerks, leaky apts, drafty windows, old appliances, OMG I could be here for hours...you get my point.
