I have lived at Holly Acres for several years now and have had a poor experience. Rent rates keep going up, even without any notice! Expensive laundry facilities, overpriced trash and water. Management is rude and uncaring. Community area and pool are poorly maintained. I would not recommend Holly Acres to anyone.
