They were moving out of state and my brother and I could help at the time. At the end of the move, my parents were just too overwhelmed too deal with everything. Even after Hildebrand got paid they handled getting rid of a bunch of stuff that was left behind. The staff at Hildebrand managed to find a number of irreplaceable family photo books and pictures throughout the house. They put together a package and sent to my parents at their new home.
