Seemed like a good plan that this company offers at first---they offer a program where you pay an inital fee then they are suppose to come back once a quarter to treat-- With this service they are also suppose to come back and take care of any problems in between unlimited. The first problem I had with them was that this house had lots of spiders and they were not going away with the treatments that they were providing, so the technician not so nicely explained to me that even though it is suppose to be included in the price that if I called the office again the supervisor would have to come back **** Mind you this was only the second request with the claim of unlimited treatments inbetween***** \t\n\t\nThe next problem that I had with this company happened because I had to cancel 2 appointments due to illness in the family and then a death in the family. The same technician decided to give me a personal telephone call to complain to me that when I cancel appointments how it disrupts his schedule!!!! I was outraged!!!!! When I called to explain to the owner that I was not happy about this, I was instructed that he would call me-- I never heard back from him!!!!! Now the icing on the cake was the same stank attitude technician (James) called me back again to do a reschedule for another quarterly appointment and I explained to him that I wished to cancel my services- he told me no problem and just said, " I can do that right now" after that I never heard anything else from this company again!!! This is a terrible company- spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!
