i took my son in there the other day the prices were reasonable and most of the staff was courteous. there were a few teenage employees who seemed knowledgeable however the one older employee(owner maybe?) was glued to his computer and when i asked him advice on repairing my son's ps3 he was short and barely paid me any attention, despite my son buying 5 Xbox games and my willingness to spend even more money on repairing his ps3. I will give him another shot, but if his demeanor remains i will be shopping at game stop.
