Firestone Complete Auto Care

Yesterday, Christmas week I was on my way to this location with 2 babies, when my vehicle died at the intersection of Northbound Colorado Blvd and Cherry Creek S. Dr. I was trying to get turned around to head South on Colorado to get to Firestone and ended up stranded behind Firestone, in sight of the shop, perhaps a block from there, and called them for help. Not only did the person I spoke to not offer ANY kindness, he simply said that he could offer the phone number for a tow truck company and that was all he could do. In the town I moved here from, and likely here in Denver only a decade or so ago, there was a spirit of kindness that is clearly not alive at this Firestone. A single woman, clearly in distress, with crying babies in the car, was an opportunity for you. To earn my business, my gratitude, and my network of friends which spans this city, who now, instead of being heartily recommeded to your business, will now be advised never to drop a dime in your establishment.

Everytime I went in for an oil change or a minor issue, they tried to sell me at least $400 worth of service I already had done. Definitely untrustworthy managers at his location. Their business model is all about selling additional services. Learned my lesson.
