Horrible!
Took our 87 Jaguar XJS for a new alternator and tune up - also needed to fix the oil pressure gauge. Went to pick up the car and they told us it need a new harmonic balancer, Over $2000 later, car was done - drove it 28 miles and had to call a tow truck. They broke the trim on the passenger door, ruined the paint on the hood and above the windshield and chipped the paint above the right headlight. We are contacting an attorney Monday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Did I mention that there was a customer there with their car so they could fix the door they screwed up when they "fixed" the window? Pathetic.
