Horrible Service, Charged twice, extremely rude staff
I used Easy Repairable service for my moped recently. After $280 and 2 trips to the shop.. in 3 days... for the SAME ISSUE, It's finally running.
The carb was the issue the first time. Why did they charge me AGAIN to clean it the second time? Maybe because they were too lazy to do it properly the first time? who knowsâ¦. Why did I need a new belt and air filter on the 2nd trip in? Tell me that on the first trip if it really needs it! The old belt looks fine, It was given back to me. The air filter was barely dirty. It could have been cleaned in 2 minutesâ¦
I called to ask about the service and charges. The gentleman on the phone, Hawk, was by far the rudest individual I have ever spoken to. I simply called to ask the above questions and was immediately greeted with an aggressive, defensive, âblame the other personâ attitude. After saying I was dissatisfied with the cost and services rendered, I was insulted, sworn at, and hung up on. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!
