Drapery Affair - Floor To Ceiling Interiors

I had Drapery Affair put down hardwood floors in two different rooms in my house. It was about 1800 square feet or so. At first, we were under the impression that the wood we got was a different texture from the sample we had seen, but they reassured us that it was the same. My wife's still not convinced that it's the same sample we saw. It was kind of a weird, awkward thing to deal with. Also, they called to charge the rest of the money to my credit card immediately after the work was done and their guys left, when I was about to head out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. \t\n\t\nTheir product is good. It's just the operational nuts and bolts that need some work. The guy who did the actual work was fantastic. He got some of the stuff I needed on his own, and he worked with me to get it done. He was a real good guy.

Drapery affair installed some blinds for me. The person installing them came right on time and did quick work. The whole experience was painless and easy.

I had Drapery Affair take care of a few different aspects of improving my home. They communicated well and were polite and professional from start to finish. I'd also give them 5 stars on communication. Their showroom has a great selection of products and everything was very fairly priced.
