Thanks Dr. Joe

I suffered with headaches for over twenty years and have tried just about every type of treatment available. The one thing that Dr. Joe did differently than the rest was that he listened to what I had to say. After two treatments with Dr. Joe, my headaches were gone! You don't even know how much that means to me. I'm able to get back into life and spend time with my grandson. Thank you Dr. Joe and your wonderful staff.

I highly recommend Dr Joe

I’m a retired stunt man and professional kick boxer and my body has quit a few aches and pains. I was amazed that Dr. Joe got me fixed up and no time. He is great doc and a really good guy.

So I crack my own back, what's the big deal?

The desire to crack your neck or back is caused by tension from a jammed or fixated joint segment. This causes other parts of the spine or joint structures in question to compensate by moving too much with the potential of popping a lot. The restricted joints should be adjusted by a chiropractor so that the rest of the spinal column (or joint structure) will become more balanced and move in a more natural motion.      If you continue to self adjust then the joints abo...
