This is not a corporate health fair company. They are owned by the Chiropractic Doctor Joseph R Mirto who also operates under the name Park Avenue Corporate Health. Their “health fair” website is www.pachonline.com. They hide the fact that Dr. MIrto uses his health fair company do deceive corporations into giving him access to corporate employees. Sensible corporations would never work with a doctor’s office directly so Dr. Mirto has to hid his identity to try to get business.
