Natural Land Boundaries

Just a note to anyone working with land that may have natural land boundaries. A natural land boundary is something like a road or creek or bluff line. Be careful when trying to calculate acreages of land with natural boundaries. Some times the way a deed is written can cause it to be ambiguous.
