Cornerstone Estates

DEADBEAT landlord Phil McCarron. I moved out OVER A YEAR AGO and still have not received my $500 security deposit. At Cornerstone you pay first/last month’s rent up front and $500 sec deposit when moving in. I was a model tenant, living there for over two years renting for $1050 /mth. I ended up getting a new job in boston and moved out unexpectedly. I spoke with Phil face to face and he assured me I would get my last month’s rent and sec deposit back- A total of $1550.
I never heard from him again. He doesn’t return calls and is never onsite or in the office. DO NOT LIVE THERE.
